Snacks in front of the computer are manna from heaven that arrives on time mid-morning or in the afternoon: when the last meal has been digested and the next one is missing too many hours to resist.

Especially at work, vending machines are lurking at risk of leavening the waist, but we are not obliged to bear the hunger pangs: making a healthy and low caloric snack is easier than you think.

Today I propose a recipe based on fruit really simple and fast to create an unusual and tasty salad, which you can prepare the same morning before leaving home and will allow you to have the energy needed to face the day.

Carefully slice a ripe banana, rich in remineralizing properties, a pink grapefruit to fill up with vitamins and 3 slices of pineapple, useful to improve the immune system in view of the coldest season. Add lemon juice and dried fruit: I chose cashews, sultanas and almonds for an antioxidant and protein boost.

In addition to being inviting, this snack will also allow you to practice physical activity safely once you leave the office; I take it with me inside a practical container with an integrated fork.
