I have often talked about mobile applications dedicated to fitness, to music and run, but can not deny that on my iPhone did not even miss my favorite app for yoga: a complete program with explanatory videos that will allow me to practice it anywhere.

Since I approached this discipline I’ve tried many, but over time my favorite is undoubtedly Daily Yoga: HD video and background music to accompany you in the more than 500 positions and 50 full sessions. The program is divided by level and intensity so that each of us can build a personal path.

The benefits of yoga on our body are indisputable both physically and mentally and as far as possible I take a few minutes every day to this practice using Daily Yoga when I travel or I am unable to go to the yoga class.
