Today we speak a little about health: if it is true that technology can be very helpful especially for wearable devices in the medical field, on the other hand it may have no positive impact on our health.
For example the use of the smartphone compromise the correct posture of our neck, with effects not immediate, but that will manifest over the years.
Have to look around: at the bar in the morning, walking on the street and at work: how many people around you are watching their smartphones with their neck inclined at 45 degrees? That’s why in the United States they are talking about a phenomenon called “Tech Neck”.
The effects can be seen in both postural (inflammation of the neck, headache, muscle pain) and aesthetic, with the appearance of premature wrinkles that perhaps are absent in other parts of the face.
Neck’s skin is in fact less elastic and contains less collagen than that face, therefore, its frequently inclination favors the appearance of wrinkles lines in this area, that you should treat with laser surgery or specific creams.
Is it not very attractive right? That’s why my advice is prevent it with daily exercises to strengthen the neck muscles and avoid muscle inflammation and use your smartphone trying to reduce the inclination of the neck.
As can we say? Put your phone up!
