In recent weeks, many of us have received an invitation from Instagram to configure the nametag, so with today’s post I want to begin by explaining what it is and giving you some suggestions to set it up correctly.

Let’s start by saying that the nametag has functionality similar to a QR code through which our contacts will be able to view the content we posted without looking for our profile through the name … a sort of business card to be used to exchange contacts: it will be sufficient show your nametag and have it scanned to be located on Instagram.

Setting

To create the code, you have to open the drop-down menu in the upper right corner from your Instagram profile and select the nametag item, configuring it among the various graphic designs.
You can choose the emoji theme, take a selfie with sunglasses, hearts, mustache or unicorns, or simply choose a colored background.

Edit and Scan

To change your nametag or make it scanned just repeat the same steps in the configuration; the screen of your nametag will open and you can edit it or have it scanned.
At the bottom you will find the scanner function and framing the sticker of the contact you want to find will land on his profile.
