Until a year ago, homefitness was considered almost a new trend, the prerogative of those who prefer to have some privacy during training; in the last 12 months from the trend we have passed to a real need at home of the Covid-19 pandemic which has made it necessary, among other things, to close gyms and sports centers.

In the last year I myself have been able to appreciate the advantages of home fitness with the possibility, for example, of having a personal trainer follow me a couple of times a week and of integrating on other days or free moments with apps such as Buddyfit.

The main advantage of these digital tools lies in the flexibility of the course schedules and in the variety of the proposal: with Buddyfit it is possible to book for a live training or to subsequently review it on a deferred basis as well as to choose between the various proposals divided by type of training (strenght, cardio , flexibility, with or without tools) and its duration (from 15 to 60 minutes).

Diadora and Buddyfit promote a philosophy of personalizing the training path with the desire to spread the message that sport is “for everyone” and I personally believe that it is a very important lever to be used especially in a complex period like the one we are experiencing.

The lessons, even if virtual, are very clear and simple to follow with the possibility, in live mode, to interact via chat and it is very interesting the possibility of following some lessons with athletes of various disciplines, when you have the opportunity to listen to experiences or anecdotes about their competitive career.

A sort of “lifestyle” training … but no less effective!
