The Assault Air Bike is a new fitness trend already very popular internationally and uses a device that connects the pedals to a sort of big fan that opposes the work of the legs with the resistance generated by the air: the stronger you pedal, the more difficult and tiring becomes pedaling.
While the legs are engaged in pedaling, the upper part of the body is struggling with dumbbells that must be pushed and pulled back and forth in order to generate more power and speed.
