In a time that takes for granted our stay connected, tech-aholic is something that we learned to accept and which we used to live with.
I have already talked about the news concerning selfie, tablet on holiday and drones that will be part of our future, so today I’ll focus to fitness.
You should know that I love sport, I’m overactive by nature and I consider sport a blessing to channel my energy … that otherwise would donate the same appeasement of a caged lion.
My nature also characterizes my travels and this is why I decided to take with me on my last holiday in Japan the new fitness watch A300 by Polar to tell you how it improved my daily life on travel.
- I was more relaxed: Polar A300 monitors the quality and quantity of my sleep, even considering the jet lag.
- I was more chic: I really enjoyed to match it to the color I wear. For the trip to Japan I chose the pink version, but it is available in 6 different colors.
- I was more dynamic: I didn’t run the risk of being sitting for too long.
- I was more motivated: Polar A300 sets a target of daily activities and a guide on how to achieve it
- I was more aware: my fitness watch consider the daily activity at different levels of intensity and shows steps, distance and calories burned … cute, isn’t it?
- I was more connected: A300 syncs with Bluetooth activity data and training with the mobile app and web service Polar Flow, for a full analysis of the benefits, summaries and personal diary of activities.
In the gallery you can see where I reached my daily goals in Japan!
